AMT Has Partenered With Claire Mademann MS, RD, CSSD. She is the owner of Nutrition on Track, LLC.

  

Claire Mademann, MS, RD, CSSD, is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics specializing in sports nutrition, wellness, and weight management. She received her undergraduate degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in nutrition from the University of Mississippi. Next, she completed her Dietetic Internship at St. Louis University with an emphasis in nutrition and physical performance. Then, she earned her Master’s Degree in Sports Nutrition from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. 

Claire believes in the power of nutrigenomics in helping individuals create customized health and nutrition plans for decreased inflammation, prevention, and management of chronic illness. She enjoys working with people of all ages and at all stages of their health journey. Claire is an avid runner and enjoys skiing, hiking, rock climbing, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends, especially her one-year old daughter. She believes in taking a holistic approach to health and nutrition, and it is her goal to empower individuals and groups to develop healthy relationships with food. She organized and taught the program “The Un-Diet Wellness Revolution: Impact of a Nutrition and Mindful Eating Intervention on Eating Behaviors and Weight Loss” and continues to be passionate about helping her clients learn how to mindfully eat. She is also passionate about utilizing local, seasonal, sustainable foods. She values everyone’s dignity and believes in meeting individuals where they are in their wellness journey. She collaborates with her clients in making realistic lifestyle modifications which fit into their unique lifestyle so that they are successful in meeting both their short and long-term goals. She believes this teamwork is what leads to the achievement of a balanced life and living life to the fullest. Claire is committed to providing quality nutrition education and counseling, listening, support, and accountability to help her clients reach the healthiest version of themselves and lives their best lives.
